Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, to ensure the smooth operation of our barber services, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: No Call / No Show - Same Day: If you miss your appointment without prior notice on the same day, it will be considered a "No Call / No Show." Strikes System: Clients will be allowed two "No Call / No Show" instances before further action is taken. Missed Appointment Fee: After the second "No Call / No Show," a missed appointment fee will be applied, and clients will be required to pay for the missed appointment slot before booking again.
